How much do I like this bag? Let me count the ways: It is lightweight and folds flats inside my carry-on bag while flying. I never bring my prettiest bags when I travel: The Julian nylon backpack, unlike many leather bags, can take every bump (and weather) on the road and cleans easily. It is roomy and fits all my daily travel essentials (wallet, sunglasses, small umbrella, notebook, makeup case, 11in. MacBook Air, camera, with room to spare.) It has a “secret” pocket where I can hide my wallet and passport. It’s comfortable, and easy to carry on your shoulder in crowded places. It’s deceptively simple yet elegant, and goes from day to night (when I dress it up with a pretty silk scarf.) My favorite color: the versatile Olive Green. The Julian Nylon backpack has been my trusted road companion for the last two years and will continue to be part of my adventures in 2020.
